I stayed at Fabhotel Spiro Grand, and it was a comfortable experience. The room had AC, which was a lifesaver in the heat, and hot water for the cooler evenings. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the breakfast, which included Idli-Vada with Sambhar -Chutney, Fresh Cut Fruites and tea/coffee, was a good way to start the day. The room was clean and hygienic, making it a great budget option for seasonal travellers.

The staff were extremely good. Unlike what was shown on booking.com they did not have any AC rooms. But the staff made up for it by giving us a better room . Their overall attitude to attend to the smallest of things made up for everything. Room was otherwise comfortable and value for money .

The rooms are big and clean. It is perfect for those who are traveling with a family. There is separate sitting area and nice quite ambiance . All the staffs were very helpful and made our stay comfortable.

The staff was very good and helpful. The receptionist Chandru, was very accommodating and helpful. The facility of clean and had all required amenities. Breakfast was good. Hotel had car park which was quite very good as I had car. Good Hot water supply and comfortable beds.

The location is perfect—for me. It is 5 minutes away from my office, so I can overlook most of its shortcomings. The staff is very good for the most part. The room I stayed in this time was front-facing, so I definitely recommend asking for that.

Location of the Hotel is very good. In case you are traveling for a day or have to catch early morning flight, then it is at perfect location. Staff of Hotel is really good and helpful. Room Service is also good. Pleasant feeling.

If you are considering budget stay in a decent hotel ,this property can be considered. Property is clean with compact rooms.Toilet was clean . I had breakfast which was delicious
